We didn’t set out to build another Hotel System (PMS). We rebuilt how hotel & resort tech should work for modern, experience-driven hospitality. Customers often say the same thing: “Moder just makes sense.”

As Moder’s Sales Manager for the Nordics, you’ll help hotels and resorts modernize their operations. You’ll run the full sales cycle from first contact to demo to signed deal and show operators how to replace messy tech stacks with one system their whole team actually likes using.

This is a hands‑on and high‑impact role. You’ll prospect, build pipeline, host sharp demos, and work closely with our Head of Sales and marketing team to turn interest into revenue and shape how Moder grows in the Nordics.

Most importantly, you’ll represent what makes Moder different: curious, human, honest, and full of energy.
