Overview

The Senior Sales Manager position is responsible for growing sales from partner / key accounts to develop 2nd Tier Markets in China. Representatives are responsible for educating their prospects and customer on the benefits of sophisticated ergonomic work tools, and leveraging that knowledge in the sale of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Training, educating, marketing and selling the value of ergonomic workplace solutions to and through partners, key accounts and end users
  • Maintain high level sales activity at all times with minimum of 12 sales appointments per week
  • Achieve and exceed revenue, profitability and product mix sales goals
  • Develop business plan with management for weekly, monthly and quarterly strategic sales objectives
  • Set up product tests or demonstrations for end-users / partners / key accounts as necessary
