Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives: Drive high-value sales cycles within the debt purchase and collections space, focusing on large enterprises, financial institutions, and e-commerce companies.

  • Own the Revenue Journey: Take full ownership of the sales process—from pipeline generation and stakeholder engagement to complex contract negotiation and deal closure.

  • Target and Grow Key Accounts: Identify high-potential partners in Sweden and across the Nordics. Lead consultative sales approaches that solve real-world receivables challenges.

  • Be a Thought Leader: Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and client forums. Provide market insights and shape go-to-market strategies with product and marketing teams.
