Job Purpose and Impact

The Sales Representative III will focus on a few of the company's large or very complex customers within a designated geographic territory or market. In this role, you will handle critical or complex products that require excellent client relationship skills to maintain competitive positioning.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop local business growth target, strategy & action plan for short, medium and long term. And seek for alignment with global category team and regional sales management.
  • Meet & exceed annual sales budget, by total margin, as part of above action plan deliverables.
  • Daily sales management, order checking, forecast, stock level, pricing management, etc.
  • Develop long term strong client relationships that provide significant input to planning product, price and service strategies.
  • Build a business plan for each account, including direct sales customers and distributors.
