Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage direct sales to cement plants and related heavy industries.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing cement plant accounts; leverage established industry networks.
  • Identify and secure new plant opportunities and projects.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and tender submissions.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, finance) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor receivables and support timely cash collection in line with company policies.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, plant visits, and industry events.
