A rapidly growing semiconductor solutions provider is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business development for full Turn‑key ASIC design solution. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct visibility at executive level and a clear path to building a sales team as the company scales.

What you’ll do

  • Lead new business development for full ASIC solutions and programs (NRE + production)
  • Leverage your network of CTOs, Heads of ASIC, and System Architects
  • Manage complex, long‑cycle technical‑commercial sales engagements
  • Build long‑term customer relationships across EMEA/global markets
  • Work closely with engineering and executive teams on proposals and strategy
