Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to attract investors to the company's private equity funds.
• Identify and approach potential qualified investors — entrepreneurs, family offices, private investors (HNWI/UHNWI), investment companies and other eligible investors.
• Manage the entire commercial relationship process, from initial prospecting to fund subscription, keeping the pipeline up to date and continuously following up on opportunities.
• Develop long‑term relationships with investors, ensuring a high level of engagement and service.
• Present the funds' investment strategies — including opportunities, risks and characteristics — in coordination with the investment team.
• Organize and participate in meetings, events, conferences and networking initiatives aimed at identifying new investors.
