Main Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement strategic action plans to achieve the resort’s room, F&B, MICE, and ancillary revenue targets.
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining high-level relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, and government institutions.
Identify new business opportunities and ensure continuous market penetration locally, nationally, and internationally.
Conduct regular sales calls, prospecting visits, and client meetings to strengthen the Sofitel brand presence.
Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and negotiations in line with Accor commercial policies.
