Main Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic action plans to achieve the resort’s room, F&B, MICE, and ancillary revenue targets.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining high-level relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, event planners, and government institutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure continuous market penetration locally, nationally, and internationally.

  • Conduct regular sales calls, prospecting visits, and client meetings to strengthen the Sofitel brand presence.

  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, contracts, and negotiations in line with Accor commercial policies.
