Responsibilities
- Build a book of business from the ground up through direct prospecting, relationships, and referrals
- Lead the consultative sales process including business development, client research, objection handling, and demos
- Draft statements of work and pricing proposals
- Master the company value proposition and competitive landscape
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Extensive experience selling into the health insurance industry
- Proven ability to build a book of business and hunt for new opportunities
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and demo skills with the ability to demonstrate ROI
- Experience selling to insurance leaders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
