Drive sales and business development for commercial refrigeration products in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement
    Develop and execute the annual sales plan for commercial refrigeration products within the assigned market, and achieve the annual sales targets.
  • Customer and Channel Expansion
    Expand and deepen customer and distribution channels by identifying suitable customers and projects, supporting customers in growing their business.
  • Customer Management
    Manage customer relationships by guiding and following up on order fulfillment and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Medium- and Long-Term Business Development
    Develop and implement medium- and long-term business development strategies, including strategic deployment of display freezer (showcase) products.
