Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Sales Engineer to drive technical excellence and support the growth of our cybersecurity business.
What You Will Do
Lead and mentor a team of skilled Sales Engineers
Shape and execute the technical strategy for our largest regional business
Work closely with enterprise customers to understand security, networking, and DLP/IP protection requirements
Deliver impactful demos, presentations, and technical workshops
Drive pre‑sales initiatives including PoCs and pilots
Collaborate with sales, product, and services teams on solution design and RFP responses
What You Bring
Experience leading or mentoring SE teams
Strong background in cybersecurity pre‑sales
Deep expertise in Web Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Solid understanding of networking, TCP/IP, proxies, and firewalls
Ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders and C‑suite leaders
