**Job Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical consultation and propose HVAC solutions, products, and services that align with customer requirements.
+ Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including Owners, Consultants, and Contractors, to identify project opportunities, participate in tender preparation, and support commercial negotiations.
+ Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
+ Proactively identify new projects and potential customers to expand market share and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
+ Deliver professional product presentations and technical training sessions to Owners, Consultants, and Contractors.
+ Monitor project progress and pipeline closely to maximize win rates and achieve assigned annual sales and booking targets.
