Job Position: Senior Sales Development Representative
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Initial Commitment: 25–30 hours per week
Growth Opportunity: Potential to increase to 40 hours per week
Coverage: U.S. / Canada business hours
Role Overview
We are seeking two Senior Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with strong technical sales backgrounds and prior experience working with consulting or professional services firms. This role supports outbound business development efforts across Apogees Consulting, Security, and Cybersecurity lines of business.
The primary focus of this role is to generate interest, qualify fit, and schedule 15-minute discovery calls with Apogees senior consultants. SDRs will not be starting from scratch—Apogee provides a complete sales playbook, AI-driven tools, CRM, and sales platforms to support execution.
