JOB DESCRIPTION

Generate high-quality leads through strategic outbound prospecting. Handle larger accounts and complex sales cycles. Mentor SDR 1s and contribute to team strategy.

Your goal: Consistently deliver qualified pipeline while helping scale the SDR function.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute multi-touch campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video)
  • Target mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Navigate complex organizations to reach decision-makers
  • Run in-depth discovery calls (BANT + business challenges)
  • Schedule high-value demos for Account Executives
  • Manage longer sales cycles with multiple touchpoints
  • Analyze what's working and optimize approach
