Job Description
Minimum requirements for the role:
A Mechanical engineering or a relevant mechanical qualification is essential for this role.
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is essential (MBA preferred).
Previous senior management experience, having worked within the hydraulic industry is essential.
Financial acumen and experience managing P&L.
Must have excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
