Topsider Homes designs, engineers, fabricates and ships distinctive high-end custom homes and light commercial structures throughout the United States, Caribbean and internationally. Since 1968, thousands of Topsider buildings have been shipped worldwide.
We are not a builder, modular home company, or mobile home manufacturer. We custom design, engineer, fabricate and ship high-quality post & beam panelized building components and materials for local builders to assemble and erect.
Through this process, we provide a highly integrated combination of design, engineering, fabrication, builder recruitment assistance, construction coordination, and technical support. We occupy a very unique niche within the homebuilding industry.
Our clients are typically affluent buyers building custom primary residences, retirement homes, vacation homes, waterfront homes, mountain homes and resort properties.
