Job Description

The Modern Jeepney Senior Sales Executive handles key accounts, large transport cooperatives, and complex sales opportunities within an assigned territory. The role focuses on advanced selling, high-value deal closure, and long-term client relationship management.



The Senior Sales Executive shall be assigned quotas, targets, and strategic sales tasks by the Jeepney Project Director and is required to complete all assigned responsibilities and regular reporting of performance and field activities to the Jeepney Project Director.



Area assignment is based on the agent’s residence or preferred territory.



Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar field sales role

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills

- Excellent client relationship management abilities

- Ability to mentor and guide junior sales staff in the field
