Senior SailPoint Engineer

We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Engineer / SailPoint Tech Lead, 1x per week onsite.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a

strong focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Proven experience designing and delivering SailPoint solutions, including

custom development and integrations.

• Strong programming skills (Java or similar).

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint connectors and integrations with

systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and cloud services.

• Solid understanding of identity governance, lifecycle management,

provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs for integration and automation.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) and containerized

deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Knowledge of security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, NIST, ISO ...
