Amazon Robotics’ Environmental Health and Safety Team is seeking a Senior Safety Engineer to support our automation technology development and manufacturing teams. This role will provide technical safety expertise and leadership associated with innovation and ideation phases as well as the manufacturing and production system by driving a systematic approach to identify, mitigate and manage risk to meet Amazon, regulatory and industry standards.
This role will functionally partner internally with Innovation, HW, Design and Functional Safety Engineering, Controls, Manufacturing, System Integration, SW, Program, Deployment and Site EHS teams, and externally with 3Ps, Integrators, NRTLs, etc. Role may require travel up to 15% of the time.
