We are building a specialized InsurTech SaaS platform that analyzes insurance litigation data to provide carriers and claims teams with intelligence on plaintiff attorneys, case outcomes, settlement behavior, and litigation patterns.
This is NOT a simple app.
This is a data-driven analytics platform focused specifically on insurance-related litigation (property, bodily injury, bad faith, etc.).
Our goal is to create a dashboard where insurance carriers can:
- Search plaintiff attorneys
- View insurance-case-only litigation history
- Analyze settlement vs trial patterns
- See jurisdiction performance (state/county)
- Predict litigation risk and claim severity
- Track filing frequency and time-to-suit metrics
