Job Description
We're building a modern law firm case management system and client portal to replace scattered tools and streamline operations across intake, communications, documents, tasks, billing, and reporting. This platform will deeply integrate with the GoHighLevel (GHL) API from day one, and also integrate with the Clio API initially—then progressively phase Clio out entirely as our system becomes the primary source of truth.
What you'll build
A secure internal case management platform for staff (matters/cases, contacts, tasks, deadlines, notes, communications, documents, case stages).
A client portal (status updates, document upload/download, messages, intake forms, payment links, appointment scheduling as needed).
GoHighLevel integration (core):
Sync contacts, opportunities/pipelines, conversations/messages, tags/custom fields
Trigger/receive automations (webhooks, events)
Log and display communications activity in the case record
Clio integration (initial; transition...
