Continental is seeking a Senior Industrialization Engineer to drive rubber-based process industrialization, from design through serial production, ensuring capability and cost targets are met. You will lead cross-functional teams and implement Lean/Quality tools to sustain product quality and efficient manufacturing.

You will collaborate with international teams, support process optimization, and participate in audits, with a focus on launch readiness and long‑term manufacturing sustainability.
