Senior RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of complex RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with enterprise standards.

• Development and Implementation: Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots for high-volume processes, including exception handling, error recovery, and integration with APIs, databases, and legacy systems.

• Process Optimization: Analyze business processes using BPMN or similar methodologies to identify automation opportunities, achieving ROI targets through performance metrics and continuous improvement.
