About The Position:

Reporting directly to the General Manager – Aviation Security, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless rostering and workforce planning for a dynamic 24/7 airport security operation. You'll be responsible for:

• Rostering for a 700-strong security team across multiple shifts and days in 24/7 operation
• Ensuring optimal resource coverage using Kronos (UKG) and Microsoft Office
• Managing day-to-day tasks including:
