Senior Roadway Engineer

As a Senior Roadway Engineer, you’ll play a key role in the success of our Transportation Division by
providing both technical leadership and project management expertise. You’ll have the opportunity
to:
Location : Columbus OH
Lead and manage roadway and highway design projects for state DOTs, LPAs, and other public-sector
clients.
Direct design efforts for horizontal/vertical alignments, roadway geometrics, grading, drainage,
and plan development.
Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time, high-quality
delivery.
Provide QA/QC oversight, ensuring that our deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
Mentor and support junior engineering staff — helping to build a collaborative and high-
performing team.
Partner across disciplines, working with our Survey, Geotechnical, Structural, and
Environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions.
