Overview

CACEIS Malaysia is a leading asset servicing company. The Senior Risks Manager will lead the Risks & Controls team, working across 1LoD business units, technology and support functions to provide management with an informed opinion on controls and to ensure effective risk management across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Challenge the business/functions on their understanding of the risks and adequacy of controls, including proactive risk management.
• Review and provide assurance that operational risk management practices meet CACEIS’s enterprise level requirements and are followed consistently across the organisation.
• Consult and advise on the design of risk management practices to effectively identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Perform root‑cause deep dive on operational risk events, identify process and control gaps, validate action plan proposals for risk mitigation and govern the action plan.
