About the role:
This role sits within the Risk and Assurance Division and plays a key role in strengthening how Victoria Police identify and manages risk at an enterprise level. The Senior Risk Advisor leads the Central Risk Team and works closely with senior leaders and business areas to provide practical, evidence-based advice that supports better decision-making, prioritisation and organisational performance.
You will lead the ongoing development and improvement of risk management practices across the organisation, ensuring they are fit-for-purpose, aligned to government expectations, and supported by clear and meaningful reporting.
