Define Benefits Administration specialist in Retirement Consulting, part of TELUS Health Retirement Consulting practice. Responsible for administering DB pension plans, client relationship management, service agreements, and leading internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage DB administration activities for a portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide high‑quality service and coordinate DB administration services including web tools and call center.
- Deliver relevant information on administrative issues and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate governance initiatives, service review meetings and reporting.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
- Oversee service agreements, including regular reviews, fee adjustments and renewals.
