Job Description

Pandora is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Madrid to manage maintenance operations across approximately 220 stores in Spain and Portugal. You will ensure service continuity, budget management, and supplier performance while supporting department evolution.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in retail multi-site maintenance, preferably in a fast-moving environment, along with a technical degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.

This role offers hybrid working conditions and an attractive discount program after three months’ seniority.
