Senior Retail Leader – Fixed-Term Parental Leave Cover

Mitre 10 MEGA Silverdale is seeking a hands-on Retail Leader for fixed-term parental leave cover. You’ll lead a team across departments, maintain strong merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a full-time role. Expect weekend shifts and varying start times as the store operates 7am–7pm.

You’ll report to the Retail Manager and foster a positive, performance-driven culture while mentoring your team and upholding safety and standards across merchandising and service.
