Senior Retail Designer

At SumUp, we're on a mission to empower small businesses across the globe by providing a vast set of simple and affordable business tools to help them start, run, and grow their businesses. As a Senior Retail Designer, you will shape how SumUp shows up in brick-and-mortar and marketplace environments—from structural packaging and in-store execution to 3D product visualisation.

This is a high-impact role where you will own key initiatives such as retail structural packaging, partnering closely with Hardware, Product, Marketing, and Logistics to deliver production-ready assets on time and to a high standard. You will combine strong packaging craft with senior-level autonomy to turn complex, ambiguous input into clear recommendations that enable fast, informed decision-making.
