About the Role

The Resource Engagement Manager will collaborate with sales and presales to identify consulting and staff augmentation opportunities, supporting the organization’s needs throughout the engagement cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new opportunities and present our consulting and staff augmentation program across North America.
  • Work closely with sales and presales to identify and validate potential agility-based engagements.
  • Locate, validate, and present qualified consultants.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop effective customer and consultant relationships.
  • Manage customer and consultant escalations and establish achievable outcomes.
  • Follow existing processes in the delivery of the agility offering and recommend improvements focused on efficiency, revenue growth, and profit optimization.
