Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for a 2‑month contract in Horsham. You will support adults with mental and physical health needs in a residential setting, working a 37‑hour week with a shift rota from Monday to Sunday, including some evenings and sleep‑in duties, to promote independence and wellbeing.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), strong communication, and the ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
