Senior Residence Assistant

Duties:

1. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule normally for 2/7 evenings and being the lead contact for overnight incidents on assigned nights with escalation points for assistance and perform RA duties as well.

2. Under the direction of the Residence Coordinator, coordinate orientation and year-end events

3. Supporting the Residence Coordinator and assist with leading the RHPO student staff team and with team development

4. Assist RHPO student staff on community management and programming initiatives

5. Communicate with RHPO student staff, including sharing their weekly schedule (minimum 3 hrs/week)

and other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications/Experience:

-Strong study habits and demonstrating strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
