Senior Research Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

Ensure all assigned research is diligently executed. Duties include data collection, database management, market studies and development consultancy, developing and providing input for market surveys and quarterly market reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Research:

• Collect data and quarterly updated information on the Real Estate industry.

• Write/update reports on all property market segments.

• Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services.

• Develop and author reports based on client provided scope of work.

• Process data and provide input for research reports

• Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam and the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic indicators.
