BairesDev is seeking a CRM Manager - Monetization to own monetization analytics across the CRM funnel and reactivations programs. You’ll work with Claude and SQL/Databricks to quantify campaign value, drive decisions, and influence revenue growth from dormant leads to new opportunities.

In this 100% remote role, you’ll build dashboards, surface actionable insights, and collaborate directly with the Sr. Director of CRM to optimize contract value while leveraging AI workflows for scalable analysis.
