Job Description

Amazon is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team at the Lerma site in Mexico. You will be responsible for safety culture, statutory compliance, and maintaining high equipment availability for the site leader and internal customers.

You will drive preventative maintenance, coordinate with Global Engineering, and participate in network-wide improvement initiatives while managing headcount and collaborating with Finance, Site Management, and design teams
