Role Overview

The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving mortgage business through direct and indirect sourcing channels while ensuring high-quality customer acquisition and smooth end-to-end processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business from the assigned market.

  • Manage and develop relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and corporate channels.

  • Ensure customer profiling, documentation accuracy, and timely login of files.

  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for sanction and disbursement.
