Job Description
Develop and grow commercial banking relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Generate new business opportunities and achieve loan, deposit, and fee income goals
Structure and manage commercial lending solutions including C&I loans, commercial real estate loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing
Partner with Treasury Management, SBA, Factoring, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
Manage the full client relationship lifecycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing portfolio management
Evaluate client financials, industry trends, and capital needs to identify opportunities and manage risk
Present credit opportunities to leadership and credit committees with sound business judgment
Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, covenant compliance, and relationship profitability
