  • The 3‑year business plan should be aroundUSD200–220million with some flexibility.
  • Hunting focused with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Candidates with a solid understanding of business dynamics in the UAE and the wider GCC region have an advantage.
  • A strong command of English is mandatory, and Arabic is an additional advantage.
