- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate business.- Drive life insurance sales through bank channels by working closely with bank employees.- Conduct regular meetings, training, and joint calls with bank staff to create awareness about life insurance products.- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Generate leads through walk-in customers, existing bank customers, and branch activities.- Provide customers with product information, customized solutions, and assist in selecting suitable life insurance plans.- Maintain good rapport with customers and handle queries effectively.- Monitor and track business performance of the assigned branches.
