Senior Regulatory Compliance Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance monitoring for assigned global entities across investment services, banking, and virtual assets, with a focus on our Labuan FSA and other offshore licenses.
• Conduct compliance reviews and gap analyses to identify risks and recommend remediation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact.
• Proactively update compliance frameworks as global regulations evolve.
• Manage licensing requirements and regulatory engagement.
• Support licensing applications, respond to regulatory queries, and represent Deriv during inspections by Labuan FSA and other global authorities.
• Build and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure global frameworks meet all international regulatory obligations.
