- Full P&L responsibility for the assigned region (Continental Europe)
- Direct ownership of OEM-facing supplier crisis situations such as plant stoppages, launch risks, and severe quality escalations
- Acting as senior escalation point and trusted partner for OEM and Tier 1 leadership
- Implementing and maintaining regional strategy defined by the Steering Group
- Developing and maintaining a robust regional resource and bench strategy to support rapid deployment across territories
- Building, maintaining, and leveraging an active OEM and Tier 1 customer network
- Ensuring operational readiness, discipline, and delivery across all active programs
- Leading senior-level reviews, governance forums, and steering meetings with clear outcomes
