Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience within the refrigeration industry.
  • Relevant Refrigeration Technical Qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience managing complex refrigeration projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge of refrigeration systems.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
