We are partnering with a leading multinational company in the consumer goods industry that is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist / Coordinator to join their regional HR team.

This position will be responsible for managing recruitment processes for corporate positions across MEX & LATAM. , supporting key business areas and ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. Additionally, the role will coordinate Trainee Programs and University Relations , strengthening the company’s presence and employer brand among young professionals.
