This is a hands-on 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant role for someone with a strong track record of high performance, who can take ownership and enjoys growing their own area. It suits a strong recruiter who wants more freedom and flexibility, scope, long-term opportunity, and takes initiative.
We're looking for someone experienced to take ownership of a high-demand desk within Aged & Community Care and be a key contributor to the business.
You'll operate with a good level of autonomy, be a self-starter, and build meaningful client partnerships that extend beyond transactional recruitment.
