The Role:

Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, you will be involved in:


Business Development and expanding Chronos recruiting services to clients in Colombia


Headhunting, researching, identifying and presenting candidates, spanning a range of diverse industries and levels of roles


Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media and advertising tools


Client & candidate relationship management, communicating in a timely, professional and responsive manner


Creating and updating Progress Reports to track research and recruitment process


The Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area


4+ years’ experience in full cycle recruitment (job description creation, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting shortlist & closing candidates)


Experience with a variety of sourcing methodologies including: headhunting, market map...
