We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Recruiter** to lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level to executive roles across engineering, product, and marketing departments. As our company expands, this individual will be instrumental in building a pipeline for roles from junior to senior, director, and C-level positions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, marketing, and leadership roles, from junior to C-level, ensuring alignment with business growth and company objectives.
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies targeting top talent, focusing on engineering roles as well as leadership positions, utilizing communities such as GitHub, Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Stack Overflow, Telegram, and other social media platforms.
