Job Description

Primary focus: Recruitment sourcing + admin support
Top priority: Strong recruitment background (marketing exposure is a bonus, not a requirement)

Background requirements

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Recruitment experience preferred over marketing
Ideally has recruited marketing roles (Growth, Performance, Paid Media, SEO, etc.) — big plus
If not, a solid recruiter with strong sourcing experience is perfectly fine
Experience recruiting mid to senior-level roles (not just volume or entry-level hiring)

Must-have skills

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (this is critical)
Boolean searches
Keyword filtering
Building talent pipelines
Reviewing and shortlisting profiles
