Senior Recruiter

In the role as a Senior Recruiter, you will proactively source and attract candidates using compelling outreaches, leveraging customer data to identify top talent.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage your assigned requisitions and recruiting process through entire candidate life cycle.
• Ensures the end to end execution of the recruiting process.
• Ensures customer requirements are gathered and leveraged throughout sourcing, outreach, screening and client submission processes.
• Manage a diverse requisition load across all functional areas and seniority levels, ensuring efficient hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and serve as a secondary contact for hiring managers during key meetings to establish job requirements.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations based on evaluations.
